February 22, 2011 BETHESDA, MD - (February 22, 2011) – Allpoint Network, a Cardtronics, Inc. affiliate (NASDAQ: CATM) and the operator of the largest surcharge-free ATM network, has entered into a long-term agreement with APTUS Financial, an independent ATM operator headquartered in Portland, Oregon, to enable surcharge-free access at over 1,000 ATMs across more than 20 states to the Allpoint's 1,100 plus member issuers and their more than 25 million cardholders.
