BETHESDA, Md. — The Allpoint network, which provides cardholders surcharge-free access to more than 35,000 ATMs nationwide in exchange for a monthly fee from the card issuing institution, announced it has signed the $952 million Texas Dow Employees Credit Union.

"At TDECU, we strive to offer our members the best possible service," said Ronald Wright, delivery director for the credit union. "Partnering with Allpoint is a natural fit to help us meet that goal."

Earlier this year, Allpoint Network was purchased by Cardtronics, its previous ATM partner, and is now a subsidiary of the ATM deployer.
