Employee Education is vital to maximize use of Allpoint at your institution.
Employees are the persons who speak with your cardholders on a daily basis. They field questions from current and potential cardholders multiple times a day. They answer questions about everything from basic contact information for your institution to checking accounts to banking locations.
Make your employees aware of your participation in the Allpoint Network so you don’t miss out on a chance to have that potential cardholder open an account with your institution over a different institution. Let them know that you have over 37,000 ATMs worldwide and challenge them to find an institution that offers more convenience than that!
After all, how will a cardholder know you offer this great service if your employees don’t tell them about it?
To help you educate your employees, we provide two forms for you. One is an Employee Frequently Asked Question (“Cheat Sheet”) employees can keep on hand for any questions they might have and for general information. The other is an Employee Awareness Poster which you can post anywhere employees gather often (water cooler, lunch room, etc.) to inform them of your relationship with Allpoint. We also provide sample employee tag-ons to help your employees convey the vast ATM access you now offer to every person they speak with throughout each day.
