How much do your employees at the branch and in the call center know about Allpoint?
Are they giving your members/customers correct information?
Randomly call:
"Hi, this is Mary Jones. I have an account with you and I am traveling to (insert state). Do you have any ATMs there?"
"I saw on your website something about Allpoint. What can you tell me about it?"
"I just moved and your branch is no longer close to where I live. How do I close my account?"
Stop by the branch:
Are the employees talking about ATM access with their members/customers?
Is there visible marketing to explain Allpoint and the access it gives?
Do your brochures remind your new account representatives to talk to their new members/customers about ATM access and Allpoint?
If they don't know the answers, it is time for a refresher course on Allpoint.
